Editor’s Note: This week’s post catch’s up from last week as we were traveling as a Body.
June 2, 2023
First, I want to say I am so thankful for the service we had this week, and how God was using his Apostles to deliver, restore, recover, answer, provide instructions, etc. I am also thankful for the trip we went on this weekend and I really enjoyed the time we spent together! I am also thankful for instructions I received through the testimony of Apostle Tee in regards to school and I am going to follow instructions, and I will share my testimony when I watch God make a way for me!
Now the blog post:
I was in Exodus, and I was reading about Moses, Aaron, and the children of Israel. God was with Moses and he used him to free the children of Israel from the Egyptians. Long story short, the children of Israel were set free. But, the children of Israel complained and complained and every time they complained they would say they would rather have stayed captured than to die in the wilderness. God had delivered them and he used his prophet and leaders and yet the children were still ungrateful. But, God kept answering their prayers. When the children didn’t have any water, they complained, and Moses would pray and God provided. When the children didn’t have any bread, they complained, Moses prayed, and God provided. If the children of Israel would’ve had faith and would’ve been grateful they wouldn’t have kept complaining because they would’ve known that God would provide. The Lord kept providing for them in the midst of them being ungrateful. Have faith and be grateful for everything God has done for you. We have to watch ourselves when we are complaining because that means we are ungrateful somewhere. No matter what, God has been an amazing, awesome God. And we should always be grateful to serve a God like that!
June 9, 2023: Update on my testimony
As I previously said, last Sunday a word was spoken over me in regards to my school and I knew exactly what Apostle Tee was talking about, and it was dealing with my financial aid and how I ran into some issues and they actually had taken my financial aid away. So after I received the word on Sunday, I went to God concerning it and I had put it in his hands, and I was watching and waiting. On Monday, I was able to get in touch with the Director of the Financial Aid Department and he said just last week they made a new policy where I can have both of my programs primary so I can receive my financial aid regardless of what classes I am taking because the reason they had taken it away was because I am currently in two programs and one was primary so my credits weren’t counting towards my secondary program. I was so happy and filled with joy when I received that news and God made a way for me, and I am so thankful for the Words he had spoken to me through the Apostle! Also, I felt God wanted me to add this, in service it was said that it is a time for sowing and giving, and I sowed a seed and titled it, “it’s already done.” Through that seed, God moved for me, and I just had faith and kept praying, and he moved on my behalf!
