Be the Leader God Called & Not a Follower! Don't Fit In!

Hi, it's me again! Today, I will be talking about Leadership. Some of you reading this have been called to a leadership position. Whether it's being a youth pastor, choir director, ushering, praying, or whatever it may be. God called you to be a leader for a reason. You can help others come to Christ in whatever position he may call you to. But being a leader can be challenging. People may talk back, not cooperate ... the devil will try to fight in many ways. God made you a leader, you were not created to fit in. Trust me, I know. I used to try to fit in at school, but God said I’m supposed to stand out. Don't follow the crowd, even at school, work, home, or wherever, be a leader! Don’t be afraid to step out of the background. God is backing you up! Jesus was a leader on earth. We can learn from his example in the Bible!
