Don’t be dismayed by the spirit of fear

Psalm 23:4
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil:
For thou art with me: Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me

I will fear no evil. Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. God is with us, he comforts us, he fights the battle for us, and he leads and guides us. We don’t have to fear Satan and the adversary. If you truly believe God is with you, then know that in your heart, and don’t be dismayed by what Satan may throw your way.

So many times, we're wrapped and frozen in fear with what Satan may try to throw at us, know that God will fight your battles. He will be with you. He will get you through it. Get rid of the spirit of fear. Don’t fear whatever may come your way. Know God is with you, and he wants to protect you and fight for you, but many times we let our flesh rise up and we will be stubborn, and we try to fight our own battles, knowing that without God we are scared.

We won't call on God, we look for other things or we think we can handle it on our own, but you can’t. See that Jesus is trying to fight your battles and he wants to be there for you, but we have to get out of the way and let God have his way. Don’t fear, stand strong in the Word and stand against the evil that may try to come your way. Fear affects our bodies, and it leads to other things. God will be with you, and if we have God, we don’t need to fear, because we have the best and true God on our side. We dimmish God when we fear, because, yes, things may come and we may be shaken, but that’s our time to trust God and show God that we are letting him take over.
