Don’t let your faith fail!

Hebrews 11:6 says, “But without faith, it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

If we let our faith fail and decrease, how can we believe in God and follow him consistently? We must believe he is real even though we can’t see him. If we were to see God fully, our earthly eyes would probably fall out because he is so bright. That’s why we need to have strong faith, however for some people, it is hard for them to believe in God because they can’t see him. But life shows us that we already have what it takes to believe in the things we can't see or that are hard to see. We can’t see oxygen. We just automatically expect to breathe it and believe that is flowing through our bodies. So, just because we can’t see God doesn’t mean he doesn’t exist.

The truth is, we put our faith in the things we want to put our faith in. And faith in God must be exercised every day because it will be tested every day. Every day we have to believe God is real. God could be telling us to do something, but because we don’t see it, we won’t do it.

If you take that little leap of faith it will make a big impact. We have different tools, like the Bible, to learn about Him and other resources (like the teaching we get from our pastor). Jesus is real, and everyone may not realize it at the same time. But God will reveal himself to you in a way that you’ll never expect!
