Matthew 14:18-21
He said, "Bring them hither to me. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat and were filled: and they took up the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children."
Sometimes you may see a little, but God sees a whole lot. What I mean by that is we just look at the things we can see, and we do not think we have much. God sees what we have, and he sees bigger than what our eyes can see. We have to trust God with what we have. We have to include God in it. You may not see much but pray and ask God to show you what his plan is with what you have in your hand.
We have to have a willing heart, mind, and we have to have faith. God will open our eyes and he will make a way. The people only saw the five loaves and two fishes, but God saw them feeding the 5,000 and more. It never crossed their mind that they would be able to feed that many people, but God knew, and he did it.
Don’t diminish what you have because God will work in what you've got. You will see God move in mysterious ways. We are often moved when we have little things or we are in a struggle, but God doesn’t get moved because he will make a way. Now sometimes what you have in your hand is all you have, and God wants you to use that. Every situation may be different, but trust God in all of it!
