God wants to speak to you

On Feb. 12, Chief Apostle H.C. Gunn told us that God wants to speak to us, saved or unsaved. He said it may hurt, be a blessing, be instruction, or encouragement, but if God has something to say, we should want him to talk to us regardless of what it may be. We have to present our bodies as a living sacrifice to God. We have to be still and wait before Him and listen to Him speak -- even if it’s a whisper.
I know many times I prayed to hear from God, because I see different ones in the body sharing what God showed them or spoke to them, and it encourages me I want to hear from God, and I want him to trust me with whatever he tells me. A relationship is two ways. Both parties have to talk to each other. I want God to speak to me just like I speak to him. It’s so encouraging to me because I want God with all my heart, and for him to say he wants to speak to me is a blessing.
Of course, God also speaks through the Word or my leader when he counsels, preaches, and teaches, but it’s something when you know what God directly said to you, and no one can tell you otherwise, especially that devil. Pray and talk to God. God is listening, and we need to listen to him. We have to clean our ears and eyes and get rid of whatever filth we may be filled up with, to hear God clearly. The devil will do everything he can to distract you, and he will fill your ears with other things to try to block your spiritual hearing, but don’t be deceived by the enemy!
