Let Jesus Be the Operator

An operator is a person who may run a machine, a business, or an enterprise. An operator operates and runs or controls whatever they are doing. I want to ask you a question, “Is Jesus the operator in your life?”

If we don’t have Jesus, he isn't the operator of our life, we are letting satan and ourselves be the operator in our lives.

We have to accept Jesus and welcome him in us and let him be the operator of our life. When we choose salvation, our flesh doesn’t stop trying to be the operator in our lives, but we have to deny our flesh and we have to feed our spirits and let his spirit also be the operator of our life.

When you get saved you still have old ways you have to get rid of, but we fully can’t get rid of them unless God is the operator of our lives.

Jesus should be at the wheel. We can’t be driving the wheel of our lives and have Jesus riding in the back seat. God has plans for you, but we will not be able to walk in his plans if he is not the operator of our lives. So many times, we have let satan, our feelings, emotions, our flesh, our own will, people, and other things, be the operator of our lives, but it has to be Jesus!

Pray to God, “Lord, you lead, and I’ll follow.” These words show that you are wanting God to be the head of our lives, and you are letting him take the wheel. It isn’t always easy and sometimes certain ways in us are harder to let go than others, but through Jesus and his mercy and grace God will help us get rid of those ways we have, and the areas where we like to control our own lives.
