Noah and the Ark

Noah was given a task by God and he had to build an ark. The scriptures say Noah did according unto all that the Lord commanded him to. These people haven't seen rain in so long, so why would they even take the time to believe in a flood coming?
But, Noah was obedient anyway and he tried to warn the people. He didn't care if he hadn't seen rain in over 100 years; he just did what God told him to do.
We should take Noah as an example and be obedient to God in whatever he tells us to do. Another key thing is while God was destroying the earth, he found grace with Noah. Can God find grace with us?
Does God see that we try to serve him, that we truly love him, that we love one another, and that we truly try to live a life that is pleasing to him?
There are so many questions we can ask ourselves, but we should want to be found in obedience and in grace in God's eyes. It is a very powerful thing that God saw grace with Noah and he also showed mercy upon his family. It shows how what you do will and can affect others.
Whatever God asks and tasks us to do, we should be ready to be obedient, even if it may look impossible, but nothing is impossible with God. Sometimes, it may be hard to be obedient and our flesh will try to convince us to run away from it, but we have to live a life of obedience. If God tells you to give, and you do what he told you to do, then that is being obedient, and if we are obedient in the little things we will overtime grow our faith and trust in God, and it will be nothing that can stop us from living a life full of obedience.
