Represent God

1 Peter 3:3-4: Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel. But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

We have to represent God inside and out. God looks at the heart, but he also looks at our outside appearance. We need to get to the place where we ask God how he wants us to look, or is this appropriate for us to wear, etc.

If we are truly trying to serve God, we should want to become who he wants us to become. God knows who he wants us to be, but we have to seek his face so we can be who God wants us to be.

We have to be Godly and Holy inside and out. For example, if you’re a young lady and you're walking around with a crop top, someone can easily assume you're trying to be grown/fast, but you could be saved and love the Lord. I say that to say, if we don’t represent God on the outside, we can easily have people think we are of the world. We should want to be separate and not fit in.

God has been talking about appearance lately and we should want to represent Jesus!!
