What's Done in the Dark, Comes to the Light

Whatever you do in the dark will come to the light. As children in this society, we think we can get away with a lot of stuff. We think nobody sees what we are doing, but God sees it all. We can’t hide anything from God. No matter how secretive we think we are, God sees it all.
Psalm 139:1-4 is showing us how God knows us, God is watching us, and God sees us. We think we can trick God and think, “Yea, I got him, he doesn’t know what I did.” But that is false. We can’t fool God. Even our thoughts, we think no one can hear them, but God hears them.
I used to think I could hide stuff and get away with it, but I couldn’t. First, God saw me, and secondly, I was bad at trying to hide things ... I would get caught just about every time. The things we do in secret most of the time are not good for us anyway. That’s why we are hiding it. We can confess to God whatever it is we may be hiding, and we can give it to him.
"Psalm 139: 1-4: O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether."
