Not Just Pregnant, But Expecting
This weekend on For Real Radio Broadcast we are reminded that we have the right to walk in eternal life with Jesus, to rule with him in the New Jerusalem, but you have to be seeking him first.
Chief Apostle H.C. Gunn Asked the question “What are you expecting?”
Are you living a life of expectation? Is your walk with Jesus only based on what you can get from him? Are your expectations based on physical or financial blessings only?
If you find yourself in any of these categories then you need to check your motives and refocus on what really matters. It matters what you are believing because it determines where you will end up.
Chief Apostle said the “Earth is not just pregnant, but expecting its delivery." Are you looking for your deliverance? Grab hold now, it’s available.
Chief Apostle said “every living creature is pregnant with expectation. The expectation of the manifest children of God.” He encouraged us to look up to our creator so we can get to a place whereby we will say “this earth is not my home.”
When we realize this fact that the Earth is temporary in it’s current condition then our outlook and walk with God will change. Saints' expectation as Christians is not about stuff, material, or financial gain, but looking to Jesus. Be on guard and strive against sin in your own life so that you can live in eternity with Jesus.
Chief gave a charge that from now on, and daily, our mindset needs to be reflecting, thinking, meditating on ruling with Christ, living with him, being in the New Jerusalem. Such a wonderful message and reminder to think on what we lack reflection on most.
Often as saints, the hustle and bustle of life, emotions and haves and have nots, get in our way. We've got to rid ourselves of such distractions because Jesus is coming back for those who are expecting him. In expectation, you will work at doing his will. if you don’t, you can start off good but you are likely to fall by the wayside.
Though Jesus forgives, falling one too many times doesn’t guarantee you will make it back. There comes a point where Christ expects you to make up your mind in choosing him. He won’t wait forever.
