Obedience to God: Youth Blog

At service on Tuesday, my pastor told the body, we think too small when it comes to God because we are lacking in obedience. Obedience means, compliance with an order, request, or law or submission to another's authority. We are obedient to our parents, but why can’t we be obedient to God? God was our first parent; he is our father. God has told our body to trust him, and trust ties in with obedience. For example, if someone you know tells you to do something, but you don’t trust them like that, you might be hesitant to do what they said or you might not do it at all.
