Youth Blog: It's Time to Get Serious

2 Timothy 4:5: But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. Endure, work, and ministry are three key words I want to talk about today. 1. Endure: Suffer patiently. When you are saved and walking with God, there are a lot of things you have to endure. Some people will turn their back on you, sometimes you face correction, sometimes when you're trying to help a person they seem to not listen, sometimes you may even lose people, etc. God wants us to endure it all. We may go through, but in our go through we have to make sure to be patient. God has been patient with us for so long, and he is looking for us to be patient to others and even ourselves. Sometimes we may want to quit on ourselves, but that's what satan wants us to do.
